Dear Transwest Air Customer,
It is with our deepest regrets that we must inform you that effective July 9th 2010, we will no longer be operating scheduled flights to or from Fort Mc Murray, Alberta.
Our last flight will be July 8th, 2010 from Saskatoon or Prince Albert to Fort Mc Murray and return.
It has been our pleasure to have you on board; however, due to a steady decline of passengers traveling to Fort Mc Murry the decision is purely economical.
If you have pre-booked flights post July 8th and have payment on those flights your money will be fully refunded.
We cannot express to you enough, our appreciation for your patronage and support over the past years. You have been a valued customer of Transwest Air and we truly hope that we can be of service to you for one of our other scheduled or charter flights in the future.
